Lilith and Other Love Stories is a collection of short stories about the many faces of love. Marlene Prost writes about the joy of infatuation, the complexity of family bonds, the trauma of divorce, and the bittersweet perspective of old age. Her characters are young and old, single and married, male and female, gay and straight, Orthodox Jews and devout Catholics. Her style is often funny, at times poetic, and always compassionate.
